Dear friends and supporters of Jen and Patrick,
Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers. Noah Dylan McGraw was born and passed away last week. Below is his obituary.
Born into his parents' arms January 30, 2013. Passed away peacefully later that evening surrounded by Mom and Dad, grandparents and eternal love. Though with us for only a short time, he will live in the hearts and minds of many. Held alongside siblings Taylor and Dylan in God's arms until we meet again. Revelations 21:4

We ask the Devoted 2 Jen and Patrick supporters to please share all of their love and support today, and the days ahead, as Jen and Patrick endure the challenges no parents should have to face.

Our moms group focused our efforts on posting on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show facebook page today. Our posts seem to at least have gotten the attention of some of her fans- devoted2jenandpatrick.com had more views today than it had in the previous five days combined!!!! KEEP SHARING!!! Jen and Patrick need our help and prayers more than ever.

Jen and Patrick recently got the news that they have been chosen to be an ambassador family for the March of Dimes. This means they will speak at events in WI, telling their and Dylan's story.
This is just another testament to this amazing couple and speaks to how much they have done for the MOD and other families, not to mention the level to which they honor their son.

1/13/13: You may be wondering, 'who is behind Devoted 2 Jen and Patrick?'
When Jen was pregnant with Dylan, she joined a message board online for women who were pregnant with babies due in September. Over the past two years, this group, "The September Sweet Peas" has been together through our joys and our tragedies. Many of the women walked in the city where they live for the Devoted to Dylan team in last year's March of Dimes March for Babies.
This fundraiser was created by some of those women, and the majority of funds that have been raised over the past two days are from the Sweet Peas and their friends and family.
We love you Jen, and are so happy we are able to help you. <3

We are thrilled and amazed to report that in the first day and a half of our fundraising we have raised $2,285!!!! In addition, a generous anonymous donor offered to match the first $2,000, bringing our total to $4,285! Thank you to everyone who has donated and especially to everyone who has shared the video, link and story of Jen and Patrick. We couldn't be doing this without you.
Please, please continue to share. We still have a long way to go. The only way we can do that is for you all to help us by getting the story out there! FB, blogs, twitter, email- whatever you can do!
Thank you so, so much.
